Each client relationship is handled by a senior team member who develops and implements investment strategies and communicates directly with clients.

 

The client experience begins with the signing of an agreement that engages Coons Advisors to provide discretionary investment management services.

 

Portfolio managers meet with new clients, to prepare an Investment Policy Statement describing the client’s situation and goals, and the responsibilities for Coons Advisors and constraints within which it will act on their behalf.

 

TD Ameritrade Institutional provides custody services for client assets and sends monthly statements and trade confirmations directly to clients. Online, real time account information provides clients with convenient access to holdings and activity information between statements.

 

Clients receive quarterly written communications from Coons Advisors regarding our views on economic and market conditions and investment strategies. Based on each client’s preferences, portfolio managers will meet with clients to review the portfolio holdings, performance and to see what changes may be appropriate.
